The south side of the Baptistry, 2010.
A modern metal grill now covers the exposed area of the well. 
The well was originally used to treat the insane by method of Bowssening - being pushed into the pool by a blow to the chest and then being tossed up and down in the water until exhausted. 
The granite cross stands a few metres to the south of the well.
