The obelisk and pylon of Rameses II at Luxor (ancient Thebes). Dating from about 1250 BC. The temple of Amun-Ra. Now that really is a megalith!

Notice the figure bottom left - this sets the scale! Kind of dwarfs even the Rudston! (yes - it has been cut from one piece of stone)
