Eggardon is a large multi-vallate hillfort in dorset, this is a treeless hillfort with clear views of Devon, Somerset and Dorset with clear views of the English channel. This fort has 5-6000 years of history from the neolithic to the present day with a yearly kite festival to day. very easy to get too and well worth the visit !!!!!....
