Remains of chalky eroded stone. In the Musee Du Chatillonais there is an etching from the mid to late 19 century CE which show it to be about 3 Meters tall and still upright.
It is easy to assume that it was hit by heavy agricultural equipment over the last 150 years. Shame
I believe this is the bottom part were it broke off. Maybe it can be fenced in and re-errected in the future.
