Hunn Skage gravfelt

This is a very good example of a typical iron age location for a cemetery. Burial mounds were often put on easy visible places, like hills, cliffs overlooking the sea, natural terraces or along a road like this example. The mounds were located on both sides of this road before most of them sadly were destroyed.
