Description
Site in Cheshire: This tip of a 9th or 10thC cross shaft is in storage at Blue Boar Farm. It may have originally stood at the nearby junction of Bank Lane and Erwin Lane. The rest of the shaft is missing. Compare it with similar shafts at Cleulow and at Leek.
