We carry a small bin bag especially for removing litter from ancient sites, but there are limits!

I far too often leave with carry bags full of litter from sites, It really gets me down, Governments, Schools or (a lot of) parents don't seem to be teaching the young about litter anymore and the punishments are pathetic and hardly ever implemented anyway, The punishments need to be more and implemented properly, But here lies the problem - How often do you see someone drop it? I never do because if i did i'd be saying something to them about it!
