Much of the top of the hill has become very overgrown, and it was initially difficult to find the way through to the stone row leading down to the circle. I disturbed at least three fallow deer on my way through. However, much of the bracken and gorse on the slopes of the hillside has been cleared, so it was easy to find the big stones of the row.

Description
Much of the top of the hill has become very overgrown, and it was initially difficult to find the way through to the stone row leading down to the circle. I disturbed at least three fallow deer on my way through. However, much of the bracken and gorse on the slopes of the hillside has been cleared, so it was easy to find the big stones of the row.

This is the upper of the large stones, viewed looking down the row to the lower stone and the Bristol Channel.
