Found this photo in my files and it looks better than the one I'd posted years ago. I'd captioned it 'Gneiss One. Stone in Eastern side of Northern Avenue.'
(If it turns out ok, can it replace the first one please, admins?)

Taken in 2001 on old-fashioned film, it was one of the surviving ones from a lot of spoiled photos, when the good-quality (!) SLR camera let in the light, unbeknown to me at the time. Ruined loads of special shots!

Hi Angie, I've added this one for you. It is a better image than the original one which is here https://www.megalithic.co.uk/modules.php?op=modload&name=a312&file=index&do=showpic&pid=9145
Unfortunately, I can't move this one to the same place in the listing as the first one to replace it.
What a strangely shaped stone, I hardly ever have pareidolia but it's happening with this one.

That's funny, I thought I'd replied to that comment this morning! I said 'maybe that's why they chose it?' (I expect we'll get comments on what it resembles now.) :-)

That is such a bizarre shaped stone, it doesn't seem right!
