Description
Side 1 of the Achadh na Cille stone cross from Oibmore, Knapdale. Recorded as Canmore ID 319858, the museum sign tells us "this is one of seven crosses from this site, three of which are still in place. It is not possible to give an exact date for the cross, but the earliest ringed crosses are 8th century. Submitted with the kind permission of Glasgow Museums. On loan to the Kilmartin House Museum.
