Description
A view down onto to Chalbury from the Bincombe Bumps - the blasted pylons & holiday camp to the rear! Still, it is one of the best angles from which to appreciate the terraced appearance of the ramparts of probably the oldest hillfort in Dorset.

An ancient site in a modern context. As you say a good angle to appreciate the ramparts. It looks a lot more formiddable from below, a real lump of a hillfort.
