Despite the over-restoration, the Passage Grave of “Las Peñezuelas” is still a treat due to the sheer size of the chamber’s orthostats. Sadly, agricultural activity has destroyed what remained of the tumulus, and the corridor has almost disappeared due to an earthen track built beside the Megalith. Excavations have yielded several Neolithic elements including carvers and arrow points.
