How wonderful this old postcard is, but what is going on?

According to a previous post by thereddragon it's "the re-enactment of druidic sacrifice." (!)

This postcard was published by Desaix, editor, in a collection called "Belgique Historique" (Historical Belgium). I saw once a similar postcard mailed in 1913. It conveys the idea, already challenged at that time by scholars, that this stone was used for that kind of human sacrifices as depicted, supposed to take place at the times of Druids. However fancyfull, this postcard is important as it best illustrates how the stone was perceived at the beginning of the 20th century. Thereddragon has provided a translation of the text of the postcard.

Thank you to both of you Andy and Alta-Falisa. I thought it must be some sort of depiction / re-enactment of sacrifice.
