Description
The stones forming this semi-circle overlook a road bridge which is also rather special as it is the first example of a bridge made of pre-stressed concrete girders in the country. The position of the stones at the narrowest point between the islands of Bernera and Lewis is of interest and possibly significant. View from the north west.
