Thank you very much Captain. Indeed it is a very impressive archaic statue. Unfortunately I could not use a tripod so it came out slightly blurry....And the lighting is not perfect, but it was in the pre-digital age and I did only one photo.... ;)
Yes, the shoulders are reconstructed as the menhir was smashed like several of the statue menhirs. Currently I am uncertain if other (lower) parts of Tappa 2 ' were preserved, have to look at literature.
