Description
Close to home this one this one or rather was. So this spring, I have laid down with my head below ground level and have drunk gallons of water out of this spring as a child of the village in the 70's and 80"s where I lived for thr first 16 years of my life. The building on the left 'Blackfordby Old School Room' was our youth club. Beyond that can be seen St Margarets Church which is now a nice clean grey colour but I only ever knew it as being all jet black, this was from all the coal fires in the village over the decades. Nice and clean now though, next to that is one of thd oldest buildings in the village with the thatched roof.
