I have recently came back from a walk to this group of monuments. thanks to the folk here I now have a magic method to help me track down such sites. I like to use them as a reason to go hill walking.
I have number of images that I will upload I am affaid I am not sure which is A B C D or even E. most the stones appear to have been moved around a little.
to find this place, It is a good steep walk up but easy going. once you are on the level of the site.
There are a number of interesting items that look like barrows in fields below the old farm.
There is also a very nice GLACIAL BOLDER in the old farm yard.
lots of sheep that look like stones from a distance. worth a visit just for view!
