Yes, They are continually restored, although the same basic layout (the two complexes, one on each side of the creek) appears to have remained the same since the first contact era. Note the modern windows and doors. The original rooms on the lower levels were reached by ladders and ceiling openings. There are not many year round residents left, but family ownership appears to be maintained at each residence within the complex, whether its occupied year round of not.
