Very interesting site! I found a few minor chemical errors on this page which you might like to correct.
(1)trona (NaCO3 + NaHCO + 2H20) crusts.

This should read NaHCO3 not NaHCO;
and Na2CO3 not NaCO3.
The chemical formula for trona in modern geology and chemistry is normally written Na2CO3 . NaHCO3 . 2H2O; plus signs being reserved for physical mixtures of different crystals.
(2)WATER QUALITY. Wet season Makgadikgadi waters are characterised by very high salinity resulting from the endorheic terminus location. Sodium is the chief CATION, with carbonate, bicarbonate, chloride and sulfate the principal ANIONS. Magnesium and calcium have largely
(3)precipiTated out. The dry pan surfaces have h
alite and trona (NaCO3 + NaHCO + 2H20) crusts. Phosphorus is abundant, but nitrate is the limiting soluble nutrient.
(4)ElectRICal conductivity in the north of the Makgadikgadi has tested as low as 320, while southern reaches have measured as high as 125,000 micro-siemens per centimetre.
