Backstone Beck 04
Backstone Beck 04 submitted by DavidRaven : The rock lies in the middle of the footpath from the Backstone Circle back to the Cow and Calf rocks. The entire surface is covered with markings; over 50 cups (3 have single rings and one ring has 2 cups inside). (Vote or comment on this photo)
Rock Art in Yorkshire (West)

This rock art panel is covered in deep, clear carvings, with at least fifty cups, three with single rings, two cups within one ring, a number of grooves. For more information see England's Rock Art entry for ERA-2545 Backstone Beck 04, which gives a detailed description plus photographs, a plan of he rock and its motifs, and photogrammetry.

This rock is located on Open Access land.
