Hillfort in Conwy

Heading east out of Cerrigydrudion on the B5105, then immediately right/south, cross the Nant y felin, the hill fort will appear on the left crowning a slight hilltop.

A footpath passes by closely but not to it, so a slight trespass is necessary.
A well defined fort with several contending entrances, a large boulder is found in the eastern ditch, not the first time i've seen that at a hill fort either.
Though it was a bit misty on my visit, wondrous vistas of Snowdonia will appear on a clearer day.

Interestingly, "Cerrig Y Druidion" translates (on far from perfect google translate) to "Circle of precious stones." - I was born nearby hence I took an interest in the place.

I've obviously searched for a record of a stone circle in the immediate vicinity but none such appears. However, looking at Google Earth satellite images for circular forms, there does indeed appear to be a circular impression of some 20 meters diametre stradling a fence (so not the signiture left by an animal feeder) in a field just West of this location.

The circlular impression lies between this apparent fort and the town of Cerrigydruidion at 53°01'25" N 3°33'08" This is a link to view it on Google Earth - it is hard to gauge the impression from the satellite image but it appears to be a shallow circular bank - it casts a slight shadow on the satellite image but would likely be undetectable at ground level if not searching for it in the precice location.

So, I wonder if that is the "Cerrig Y Druidion"?
Would rather like to write to Cerrigydruidion parish council and let them know their namesake may be lying under a foot of soil just outside the town. ...it could also be the impression of a round fort or some such, obviously, spade required
