Ring Cairn or Stone Circle in Highlands

"There are now no traces of a stone circle in the fields E of Golford, and this site need not be revisited." 1943 "A 'stone circle', which was possibly a Clava cairn, and several cists were removed about 1863." RCAHMS 1978. Submitted simply to record what was once here with Moyness Clava only 1.5km SW of this site.

The site is also recorded as Canmore Site ID 15578, which adds a report from 1965 which adds: "Site falls in an almost flat arable field".
