The cairn is situated within a field adjacent to Pant Clyd farm house. A footpath takes you to the cairn. The A494 Dolgellau to Bala road passes close by to the west and Sarn Helen (Roman Road) passes to the east. The cairn is 15m in diameter and 2m high. It is an impressive grassed mound with trees adorning it as it takes centre stage in the field. It has been excavated on the western side to a depth of 1m. The excavation has a 5m diameter.
