Cairns in Gwynedd. In the north west of Snowdonia is Bethesda, to the north east of Bethesda is a long hill with three fine cairns upon it, Moel Faban, at the north east end of this hill is a strange long straight gully Bwlch ym Mhwll-le. Up the other side from Moel Faban are these two cairns. The northern one is a large spread of stones like the three upon the hill, but the southern one is a kerb cairn, with half a cist at its center.
Both cairns have magnificent views of high Snowdonia.
