Dun Dornaigil Broch is located in a remote area on the A836 (single track road) beside the Strathmore River. The interior is filled and inaccessible but the walls survive standing between 6 and 10 feet rising to just over 20 feet over the door where they are supported by a large triangular stone lintel. Access is good but parking is limited. There is an information board provided by Historic Scotland.
