Stone Circle in Arran

Described by the Forestry Commission on their signposts as 'standing stones' but depicted by the Ordnance Survey as 'stone circle'. There are also 2 other stones nearby which may or may not be connected. Canmore site no.39613 as 'Allt Nan Tighean'. Canmore also includes the information of another Auchelaffan 4 posters stone circle (ID:147309) nearby.

Aucheleffan submitted by Aska : I am not sure that these are the another Aucheleffan stone circles. In a fern field which spreads from the Y-shaped fork of path from Aucheleffan village towards the Aucheleffan circle, there are several moss-covered stones (and stumps). In summer, they would be hidden by tall ferns. (Vote or comment on this photo)
