Lutry Menhirs
Lutry Menhirs submitted by Charmot : I made this picture with 4 pictures that I assembled. Do not focus too much on leaves of trees that I've been unable to match because of the wind. I do this panorama face with a character to give an idea of the size of stones. 19 10 2008 (Vote or comment on this photo)
Alignment of over 20 menhirs with largest stone ca. 4 metres tall, in the middle of the Swiss town of Lutry on lake Geneva. Dating from 1800 BC with one menhir originally with engravings (human representation), which has been replaced with a reproduction.
