In an open agricultural field just next to the local road and west of the E6 motorway is a monumental bronze age cairn. The cairn is one of the largest in the Trøndelag area! It is overgrown with trees and some high grass but it is easily visible from far away and also from the sea it would have been a impressive burial monument. The terrain slopes to the sea to the west.
No accurate measure is avialbale in kulturminnesøk but compare it with the measure on maps it is around 38-40 metres in diameter and 4-5 metres in height. The size makes it an impressive sight!
