The Herzog-Otto-Stein is an erratic boulder in Hamburg (district Harburg), Germany. The reddish-brown granite block has a weight of about 32 tonnes.

The stone was discovered during construction works at the Harburg Arcaden in 2001. It is assumed that the boulder came to this place during the Wolstonian Stage (Saale-Eiszeit) in the middle Pleistocene around 150.000 years ago. Until 2008 it had its place in front of the Helms Museum. Today, it is placed ca. 50 meters away in a small park that connects the two houses of the Archaeological Museum Hamburg.

The stone has been named after Herzog Otto I. He was the first Duke of Harburg and established the Protestant-Reformation in Harburg in 1527.
