Barrow Cemetery in Rhineland-Palatinate

The barrow cemetery lies to the southwest of the village of Dockweiler and is situated on a small forested ridge. It stretches from north to south and consists of a minimum of 40 barrows. They’re quite difficult to locate in the terrain and some of them have been partly destroyed by WW2-foxholes or unauthorized digs. The age of the barrow cemetery is unknown.
