Rock Art in Midlothian

The Northern Antiquarian (TNA) features a page on this cup-and-ring marked stone, which 'does not see to have been preserved' - see their page for Carlowrie, Kirkliston, Midlothian. They include a drawing of this stone, together with a description and references from journals which talk about this stone. TNA also reports that 'other carvings reported nearby in the 19th century also appear to have been lost or destroyed.'

Canmore ID 50749 lists a 'linear feature' of unknown date at NT 138 748, less than 190 metres away and which may be related, but give no further details.

Note: Do you have any historical documentation with further information or drawings you can add about this cup and ring marked stone?
