Rock Art in Piemonte
Quote: "A recent discovery is the cupel-rock, which is probably dated to the Second Iron Age (4th-1st century b.C.). It is located along the ancient way of the stone-cutters at the entrance of the municipal territory coming from San Maurizio d’Opaglio. It is clearly possible to see the cupels and the drains of liquids downwards.
At the base of the hill where this rock is located, ceramic fragments have been discovered"
