Promontory Fort in Podkarpackie
A significant Tribal period fort occupies a promontory north of the village of Wietrzno. Four lines of ramparts and moats cut off the promontory from the easiest approach (west). This type of stronghold constituting of several sectors and oval or sub-oval in shape is called Wietrzno type, it is represented also by the forts in Sielnica and Braciejowa.
