Passage Grave in Peloponnese Peninsula

Remains of three tholos tombs survived at Peristeria. The best preserved one still has its round chamber in perfect condition, as well as dromos leading to the entrance. The tombs are of Mycenaean origin, finds here are dated for 16th - 15th century BC.

Finds from Peristeria necropolis can be seen in Archaeological Museum in Chora - among them there are gold vessels and jewelry.
