alchemille visited on 27th Jun 2015 - their rating: Cond: 5 Amb: 5 Access: 5 The menhirs of Barbouly are found by the pond called “ L'Etang des Planches” in the hamlet of Barbouly, commune of Sainte Christine en Combraille, in the Puy de Dôme, Auvergne. There are two menhirs one step away from the other, one couché (laying down, gray stone) the other standing (granite stone). The pond is 10 metres away.
