This rune stone was found during excavations for the Arlanda Airport motorway in April 1990. The stone commemorates Thorsten who died in the East with Ingvar. It is generally thought that Ingevar's expedition was to Serkland (thought to be the Abbasid caliphate with its capital at Baghdad). This expedition is mentioned in nearly 30 rune stones located in the Mälar region.
This rune stone is now located in the passageway between terminals 2 and 3 at Arlanda Airport outside Stockholm.
