At the small cemetary of Borkenes is a tall, slender and pretty standing stone. It is about 3 meters tall, and slender, probably about 30centimeters in width.
Standing stones in Norway are thought to be markers of graves, no excavation has taken place at this site, but the contrast between the ancient grave marking and the modern christian graves are quite interesting.
