Boeddel visited on 7th Jan 2023 - their rating: Cond: 4 Amb: 2 Access: 4 Surrounded by roads on all sides, right in the highway exit. Of course, that doesn't make for a good ambience. But the rampart is still well preserved and if you pass by there anyway, like me, a short visit is worthwhile, provided it is in the seasons where not all is overgrown.
Slavonic settlement of the 9th/10th century CE. The rampart remains are well preserved.
