The 1064m tall Goldbichl mountain was a very important nationwide sanctuary in the early Bronze Age.

Remains of a large burnt offering altair have been found. The bronze age people have been sacrifiyng animals like goats, cattle and pigs. There was also a rampart and a burial of kind of priestess.
