Round Barrow(s) in Hordaland

Aluhaugen barrow is a beautiful round barrow located in the middle of a grain field on a natural hill where the terrain slopes down to the town of Hamar to the south. The barrow itself is covered with large trees and brush and can hardly be seen but it easily visible from a far distance in the landscape.

The barrow is 20 metres in diameter and 3 metres in height according to kulturminnesøk.
