This site consists of two very large barrows. One is called "Lysthaugen" and the other "Tishaugen." They are both located on two ridges on each side of the country road going trough the county called Nannestad. Both barrows are easily observed from the road due to the elevated position and the size alone.
Lysthaugen is a large elongated barrow. It is around 65 metres in length, around 30 metres wide and around 4 metres in height. Some small parts have been ploughed away along the edges, but the barrow is still easily recognizable as a barrow. The barrow is overgrown with larger leaf trees and the details of the barrow is almost not visible. Grain fields are surrounding the barrow. The barrow top has been used as a place for social gatherings and parties.
The Tishaugen barrow is also a elongated barrow. It is around 40 metres in length and around 20 metres wide and 4,5 metres in height. It is doubt however if it is a barrow at all or a natural sand formation. It is listed as a barrow however in the kulturminnesøk database. The barrow is overgrown with larger leaf trees and is difficult to observe.
