Burial Chamber (Dolmen) in Cataluña

Text by kbw (3/2016):

An open cist sited on a south facing crescent ridge and dated to c1500 bce. Traces of a 7 metre circle of small stones surrounding it have been found but are difficult to locate. One of the ten dolmens found on Montsec de Meia which are more like large cysts apart from Loella del Llop which has it’s cap-stone still in place. They are all on the south facing shelf of the mountain and orient south wjth varying degrees east and west apart from this one, El Cogullo, which is on the Penes Rubies which forms the lower jaw of the entrance to the Pas Nou, on the eastern wing of Montsec.
