Cairn in Yorkshire (North)

This Bronze Age cairn has 25m in diameter, it is located on the rise of a ground in a prominent position. The monument was excavated in 1949 and 1958, among the finds there was a Bell Beaker and a stone with three cup-marks. Currently the cairn is heavily overgrown and used as a stone dump, in ints centre there is a large hollow left from the excavations.
