Kipparhoien is a beautiful iron age round barrow located in a flat landscape in a grassy field overlooking the sea. The barrow is visible for a very far distance in the flat landscape and has also been used as a sailing mark.
The barrow is covered only with short grass and turf. A sailing mark was once on the top of the barrow but have been removed and the barrow restored. The barrow is 25 metres in diameter and 4 metres in height. It is locally called "Kipparhoien".
