This beautiful stone circle is located in a intersection between the highway 41 and the road going to Hamresanden camping. The edge of the circle is just 1 metre away from the roads and there is also a gas station 20 metres away. The stone circle was moved some metres to the west because of the road construction and the circle was reconstructed as it once was and with the same placements of the stones and the correct distance.
The stone circle consists of 12 stones with a distance of around 1,5 metres between each stones. The stones are very similar in shape and size with a height of around 0,4 to 0,5 metres and around 30-40cm thick. The circle has a diameter of around 15 metres. The circle is very pretty and has a nice shape. When I visited the site the grass had grown up a bit and a commercial poster was laying inside of the circle.
