Ancient Cross in Vlaams-Brabant
Found in 1930, at the junction of four villages and along the limit between the provinces of Brabant and Antwerpen. After various creative interpretations, triggered by its peculiar shape, the stone is now considered to be an humble basis for a now disappeared cross. Its name is the one of the spot where the stone was found. It has been kept where it was found, and nicely presented on a concrete foundation near a small and discreet chapel. Rather small, you would easily overlook it when driving by.
