Located at the edge of Cooperstown (the village famous for housing the Baseball Hall of Fame). The date and origin of the mound are unknown. No evidence suggests it was built after European colonization.

We near whose bones you stand were Iroquois. The wide land which is now yours was ours. Friendly hands have given back to us enough for a tomb. (Vote or comment on this photo)
