An interesting point is that there is a big glacial erratic which is the biggest stone in the circle. The ground is almost all a very thin, patchy layer of peat over bedrock and stones seem to have been held upright by packing stones. It looks lie many stones have been dragged a short distance from the circle so as to disrupt it. It may be surveyable but we will have to wait and see.
