There are toilets and picnic tables here too! The walk from the car park is just over a mile, 2.75 mile round trip with some uphill sections but no technical difficulty. | 1 | 1 |

There are downed trees everywhere, and the nearby standing stones appear to have been swallowed by the forest. In a few years, this site looks set to meet the same fate. Still, there is a magic to it, being so remote and inaccessible. A shame Tinnis Hill summit wasn't visible from the site. |
