Gray Hill Cairn Cemetery

Gray Hill Cairn Cemetery submitted by sem on 6th May 2013. Gray Hill Cemetary There are meant to be 9 barrows here. We found plenty of lumps and bumps plus the odd stone that seemed to have been placed with a purpose. But even using a GPS, we could not be sure if we had found anything.

Gournia submitted by sem on 9th Dec 2008. Mooring Post I found this placed on top of a pillar in the central courtyard. Judging by the way it has been eroded, I assume it was used to moor boats with and as there is no modern settlement nearby, I assume it is Minoan.
